Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

✔ Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may request a return or exchange as per our return policy.

Custom & Personalized Orders

✔ Custom-made jewelry, engraved pieces, or bespoke designs cannot be canceled once production has begun.
✔ If cancellation is requested before production starts, we will process a partial refund based on the work done.

⁠Refund Process

✔ Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
✔ Transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
